CONFERENCE DINNER
The Conference Dinner will be held in the River View Room at the PCEC, overlooking the beautiful Swan River and Barrack Street Jetty. Delegates and guests will enjoy a fabulous evening of entertainment and some of Western Australia's finest food and wine.

SOCIAL DAY
Relax and enjoy a full day of indulgence and hands-on fun as we sample our way through Perth's Valley of Taste. Arrive at the Sandalford Winery for a behind the scenes tour and blend your own wine under the guidance of their chief winemaker. Continue on to the Margaret River Chocolate Factory for chocolate tastings and morning tea. Then it's time for Master Class at Merrich Estate, where you will learn how to make a beautiful dish before indulging in it over lunch along with freshly-baked wood fired bread, oil and olives and a glass of Big Brook wine, followed by a delicious dessert. Complete your day with beer and bratwurst sampling at Elmars in the Valley.
