Accommodation will include hotels surrounding the venue as well as any residential housing available during the Conference period. Accommodation bookings can be made at any of the properties below via the IHEA 2010 registration process.

CONDITIONS
Guarantee
One night's accommodation rate or a credit card is required to secure your accommodation booking. Please note bookings that have not advised either method by 30 July 2010 you booking may be cancelled. The deposit or your credit card guarantee will be forwarded onto the hotel. The hotel at their discretion will deduct the guarantee from your credit card. Delegates are required to settle their own accounts including incidentals incurred upon check out.
Cancellation of Bookings
Hotel guests will be subject to the cancellation policy of their nominated hotel. Please contact the Conference Secretariat - EECW Pty Ltd should you wish to be made aware of the policy.
Deadlines
Perth experiences some of the highest hotel occupancies in Australia and we encourage delegates to book accommodation well in advance to avoid not receiving your first preference. Hotels impose strict release dates for block accommodation bookings with all rooms released on 30 July 2010. We recommend delegates secure accommodation early and cannot guarantee all room types and rates quoted will be available at time of registration.
Preferences
We ask that you please indicate your first three (3) preferences of hotels when booking accommodation via the registration form. All rooms will be subject to availability at time of registration as limited rooms are available at each property.
Amendments to Booking
Amendments to accommodation including hotel selection check in/out dates and room type will only be accepted in writing.
Early Arrival or Late Departure
Requests for early check in or late check out must be advised in writing to EECW Pty Ltd. Please note that early check in may require the booking of an additional room night prior to guarantee immediate access to the hotel room.
Terminology
"Double Room" refers to a room with one Double/Queen/King Bed occupied by two people.
"Twin Room" refers to a room with two Single/Double/Queen Beds.
"Single Room" refers to a room with one Double/Queen/King Bed occupied by one person only
